Esperienza fantastica, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, mi ha aiutato a mettere insieme una cena di compleanno ed è stato un successone anche con i più scettici! I pierogi (I ruskie in particolare) sono spariti in un attimo e mi sono beccato anche i giustissimi complimenti per la scelta. Da rifare assolutamente!

第一次来这家店，被pierogi惊艳到！肉馅的香气很足，调味恰到好处，配上洋葱粒更添风味；Ruskie软糯顺滑，口感特别温暖。 搭配的酸甜小菜很解腻，Tymbark 樱桃苹果汁冰凉爽口，是绝配！ 环境干净整洁，老板很友好，让人有回家的感觉。 绝对会回购，也会推荐给朋友！

Siamo capitati qui per caso, prendendo da asporto delle insalatine da provare: se le premesse sono queste non vediamo l'ora di assaggiare il resto! Aspettiamo con ansia la riapertura dopo le ferie per provare soprattutto i Pierogi e le frittelle. I contorni che abbiamo assaggiato erano strabuoni e l'accoglienza nel locale è stata veramente, ma veramente gentile. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Dolce Pierozek was born from the idea of Alina and Edyta, two dreamers with a shared passion: bringing the true taste of handmade pierogi to Rome.
Alina, with her Polish roots and family recipes, and Edyta, with her vision and dedication, joined forces to create the capital's first pierogi restaurant.
Each dish tells their story, made of tradition, commitment, and love for good food.
